Who is and will be over and out in 2011?

2010 has seen many stars shine and long before 2011 is over fans are witnessing the shine fade out.

Charlie Sheen's infamous exit from "Two and Half Men" created uproar.

But ten months after Sheen was canned from "Two and Half Men," is raring upwards. It is still TV's top-rated sitcom and the biggest ratings gainer of the season, foxnews reports.

Many did not hope Ashton Kutcher could carry the burden of the show on his shoulder alone.

Sheen too famously predicted that the Ashton Kutcher-helmed show would be a dud.

But the show is actually earning a 6.4 rating, much better than the 4.6 it scored last year with Sheen. Sheen is definitely not shining!

On to the ladies front, Kim Kardashian sure knows reality TV. Not just live on it but get married and divorced on screen.

Kim's wedding to basketball player Kris was America's version of a royal wedding. But what a show ...it lasted just for 72 days.

The faked-for-TV marriage was officially dunzo.

Our other infamously famous stars also fizzled out: Lindsay Lohan is in 'Playboy', Trump is still not even close to being president and Alec Baldwin was booted off an American Airlines flight.

From Sheen to Kim-and-Kris to Justin Bieber, let us see: Who is the most "over" celeb of 2011?
