It's Brand Bollywood for Dubai realty: Ajay Devgn gets starring role

Ajay Devgn  has become the latest Bollywood star to endorse a Dubai real estate project, Emirates 24/7 can reveal.

The actor has been signed up by Pacific Ventures, a Dubai-based property developer, as its brand ambassador.

“We have signed Ajay as our brand ambassador. He will be promoting our Burj Pacific and other projects,” Parvez Khan, Chairman, Pacific Ventures, told Emirates 24/7.

Sohail Khan, a Bollywood actor and TV personality, has already endorsed the project and has purchased several apartments on a single floor of Burj Pacific in Business Bay.

Devgn is also committed to buy a Tony Ashai signature apartment in Burj Pacific.

Pacific Ventures is selling the bespoke units at over Dh2,500 per square feet.

The 20-storey tower comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom duplexes. More than half of the apartments have a view of the iconic Burj Khalifa, due to its distinctive L-shaped design.

The tower is expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2016.
