Man riding a bike dies after accident with a car in RAK

A man on a motorbike died on Monday when he collided with a vehicle on Al Julan Road in Ras Al Khaimah, according to a source in Ras Al Khaimah Police.

The Operation Department of Ras Al Khaimah Police received the report on Monday morning about the accident but when the rescue team reached the site the Arab man who was driving a bike had already died.

“The ambulance team took the man’s body to a hospital where it was handed to his relatives. We also detained the driver of the vehicle to complete the investigation at the police station,” the source said.

At the same time, Ras Al Khaimah Police called upon the drivers to be careful on the roads and adhere to the speed limit.
