Drunk man held for “singing at night”

A Kuwaiti man who got drunk during a booze party apparently discovered that he had a nice voice. But instead of trying it at the party, he staggered out and started screaming songs in a neighbourhood after midnight.

The man, in his 50s, kept swaying back and forth in the calm street as if to demonstrate his singing skills to the sleeping residents. But his show turned out disastrous for him as the residents clearly did not like his voice.

“Residents phoned the police,” Alwatan newspaper said on Thursday. “Police rushed to the place and arrested the man, who was still singing.”
