Ahmad Al Shaikh opens Media and Marketing Show

Ahmad Al Shaikh, Managing Director and Board Member in Dubai Media Incorporated on Monday opened the Media and Marketing Show.

The three-day event has registered a record increase of 30 per cent in the number of participants, an official release said.

With more than 90 exhibitors at the exhibition at the region’s premier event for the media and marketing industry, the event organised by the Domus Group is being held at the Dubai International Convention Exhibition.

Speaking on the opening day Abdulla Abulhoul, CEO, Mediac Communications & Exhibitions LLC, said, "We are already optimistic about this year's edition of the MMS, and we anticipate really strong debate and knowledge sharing from the attendees. The upturn in exhibitors for the show is reflective of the renewed confidence within the media industry after the recent economic downturn."

Every sector of the communications industry has a strong presence at this year's event - TV stations, website portals, advertising and media services companies, satellite communication, production companies, publishing houses and many more.
