Ajman Police arrested an African woman for practicing witchcraft and duping people of cash by promising them to solve their marital discords and psychological problems.
Colonel Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Deputy Director, Ajman Police, said officials raided her house in Ajman after receiving several complaints. The cops found several fraudulent items, which they confiscated, reported Al Bayan.
She confessed targeting people who easily believed her and paid her money to have their problems solved.
Colonel Nuaimi urged the public to be alert and inform police of such fraudsters.
