A helicopter was called in from Sharjah to reach the body. (Al Bayan)
A 22-year-old man of British nationality died on Saturday, after falling from the top of a mountain in Ras Al Khaimah.
According to sources, quoted by Al Bayan, the national ambulance service reported that the youth fell from the peak of a mountain during a leisure trip. He was accompanied by his friends.
After an ambulance reached the scene, a helicopter was called in from Sharjah to reach the body.
The man died as a result of serious injuries he suffered in the fall and his body was transferred to Saqr Hospital.
Ras Al Khaimah Police are investigating the case.
