Emirates Transport signs contracts worth Dh133m

Emirates and leasing deals signed in H1 2012

Government Transport Centre, the business arm of the Emirates Transport, revealed that it had signed and renewed 31 transport and leasing contracts with 28 federal government ministries and entities worth Dh133.1 million in the first half of the year.

Director of Centre Abdul Ghafar Yousef said that the Centre provided 2,000 vehicles with 1,238 drivers to honour these contracts.

He disclosed that new four contracts were signed with the Prime Minister's Office, Sharjah Central Finance Department, and Quran Memrisations Centre of the General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments at a total cost of Dh4 million.
