Humid weekend in UAE; temperature at 47ºC

The next three days and nights in the UAE would be humid with chances of fog, the National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology said in its weather forecast on Thursday.

The Arabian gulf and the Sea of Oman will be occasionally moderate.

Friday will see partly cloudy skies over some areas, with a chance of towering clouds over eastern areas by afternoon.

Winds will be light to moderate in general freshening at times over the western areas.

The maximum temperature is expected to hit 47 degree centigrade in internal areas and the maximum humidity to reach  95 per cent in coastal areas.

The relative humidity is forecast to increase in the morning on Saturday and Sunday
