Sharjah Airport Road will remain partially closed till Sunday morning, police said.
Traffic and Patrols Department at Sharjah Police has announced the partial closure of two lanes from Intersection No. 3 till Intersection No. 4 for those heading towards Sharjah City.
The road was closed on Thursday night and will open on Sunday morning in order to complete the removal of pillars and concrete barriers erected for the development work on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and the Intersection No. 3.
Traffic and Patrols Department in Sharjah called on drivers to take alternative routes during the period in order to avoid congestion and drive slowly.
