About 20-30 per cent discount will be offered on basic goods required during the Holy month (File)
The Ministry of Economy has announced 20-30 per cent discount on various goods across several outlets during Ramadan this year.
The sale will be on basic goods that consumers require during the holy month, reports Emarat Al Youm.
When officials met retailers in Al Ain, they were informed about a 5- 10 per cent reduction in goods in comparison to previous year, Dr. Hashmi Al Nuaomi, Director of consumer protection stated.
The ministry will also control quantities of goods available in retail outlets.
