RTA service centres to close Dec. 31 to Jan. 4

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced that all its customer service centres will be closed from Wednesday December 31 to Sunday January 4, 2015.

Other centres run by strategic partners and service providers will continue business as usual.

During these days, customers can make use of other channels to process their transactions, such as smart apps, RTA website, RTA call centres and self-service devices (smart kiosks), said Ahmed Mahboob, Director of RTA Customer Service.

Meanwhile, the following customer service centres affiliated to the strategic partners and service providers will remain open.

Round the clock: Quick Vehicle Testing Centre, and Wasel Vehicle Testing Centre (Jadaf);

From 7 am till 12 midnight: Enoc Tasjeel - Al Qusais Centre;

From 7am to 9pm: Emarat (Shamel Nad Al Hamar, Shamel Muhaisnah and Shamil Al Aadid), Tamam Vehicle Testing, Wasel Vehicle Testing Centre (Al Arabi Centre), Cars Vehicles Testing Centre, Enoc Tasjeel - Al Aweer, Enoc Tasjeel - Al Warsan, and Enoc Tasjeel - Al Tawar;      

From 8am to 10pm: Mumayaz Vehicle Testing (Aswaq Al Mazhar) and Mumayaz Vehicle Testing (Barsha Mall);

From 7:30am to 3pm: Enoc Hatta Centre;

From 8am to 3pm: Al Shirawi and Mumayaz Vehicle Testing (Hamriya).
