Emiratisation reaches 100%, of which half are women: ADHA

Saif Bader Al Qubaisi, Director-General of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, has said that the rate of Emiratisation in senior management positions at the authority reached 100 per cent, of which half are women.

He stressed the keenness of the authority to attract and develop talent of Emiratis to achieve the authority’s objectives and tasks efficiently and effectively.

Al Qubaisi noted that the authority was enthusiastic about translating the directives of the wise leadership to provide all opportunities for the sons and daughters of the UAE to work in various disciplines and functions at the institution, and contribute to the development of the UAE.

He added that the authority attracted some 120 UAE nationals to work in various departments and divisions.
