Dubai Charity Association thanks Sheikh Mohammed for this generous grant

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has donated a piece of land in Al Muhaisneh 2 to Dubai Charity Association (DCA).

DCA announced the start of construction of its headquarters on the land which covers an area of 30,000 square feet.

Dubai Charity Association Secretary Ahmed Mohammed Mesmar thanked Sheikh Mohammed for this generous grant.

In a press conference today, Mesmar said that the expansion of the DCA’s programmes and activities necessitates the existence of an independent building that includes all departments and sections comprising the association.

He added that the association’s various services and activities stand in need of a building that commensurate with its large and growing role in the humanitarian field, emphasizing that the new headquarters will support all charity and humanitarian programmes inside the UAE and beyond.
