His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, performed Eid Al Adha prayers at the Grand Eid Mussallah in Bur Dubai on Sunday morning.
Joining Sheikh Mohammed in performing prayers were Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler and Finance Minister Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sheikh Saeed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Land Department Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Maktoum, a number of sheikhs and senior officials in addition to UAE nationals and residents.
Sheikh Mohammed and the congregation listened to the Eid sermon delivered by Sheikh Omar Al Khateeb, who stressed the importance of keeping virtues, morality, forbearance, humility and abandoning vice.
