A 26-year-old Egyptian woman identified as Zainab-N was killed by her 35-year-old husband. She was thrown from the balcony of their sixth floor flat, reported Al Youm Al Sabea’a newspaper.
The newspaper said that the husband killed his wife after the duo engaged in a heated altercation. The husband was unhappy over his wife’s pregnancy and he did not want to have a baby so soon as he wanted them to settle down properly.
The incident took place in Qalyoub town of Al Qalyoubia governorate of Egypt. The police station received a call about the death of a woman after falling from the balcony of her home.
The police began extensive investigations to unravel the mystery behind the woman’s death and they found that the victim's husband, Sherif-S, had quarreled with his wife over the issue of her pregnancy.
The angry husband allegedly abused his wife and then threw her over the balcony barrier and the wife fell to her death. The husband admitted his guilt.
