Mumbai actress alleges sexual assault in south Delhi hotel

Delhi continues to wake up to reports of sexual violence against women being committed on a daily basis, almost.

What is even more alarming is that the most recent reports allege that the attacks are happening in the Indian’s capital’s hotels.

In the latest complaint of sexual violence, a 27-year-old actress and owner of a production house from Mumbai, alleges she was sexually assault by a music composer at a hotel in south Delhi..

According to a report in the Times of India the accused has been arrested and sent to Tihar Jail.

According to Delhi Police, they received a call fat 11pm, last week, from the actress and her complaint says she was in Delhi for work.

At a meeting in her hotel room the accused are believed to have begun misbehaving with, and groping her.

Police are also analysing CCTV footage from the hotel.
