An ostrich goes jogging in the wrong lane

Saudi drivers narrowly averted crashing into each others and brought traffic to a standstill on a street in the Gulf Kingdom after they were caught off guard by an ostrich running in the middle of the road, a newspaper reported on Tuesday/.

The ostrich was running aimlessly but in the wrong lane on a busy street in the southern town of Abha, Sharq said.

“It was running randomly among the cars, causing a traffic jam and attracting a big crowd,” the paper said, without making clear where the world’s largest bird came from.
