Asian kills friend while asleep in Kuwait

An Indian man waited for his Bangladeshi roommate to go to bed, brought a knife and slit his throat in his bedroom in Kuwait, a newspaper reported on Tuesday.

After making sure his friend was dead, the Indian went to his foreman at a construction site in the capital Kuwait City, told him about the murder and handed him the knife.

The Arabic language daily Al Anba said the killer, who slit his friend’s throat just after Suhoor (Ramadan pre-fasting dawn meal)  told police had had committed the crime because the victim was mistreating him.

“He told police that the Bangladeshi was not treating him nicely and that he was dealing with him as a servant not a colleague…he said he was determined to get rid of him.”
