Crocodile caught strolling on street in Saudi

Residents of a Saudi neighbourhood were caught off guard when they saw a little crocodile strolling on a busy street in the middle of the day.

Civil defence men, reacting to a flood of phone calls, hurried to the place in the southern Asir province and managed to catch the 50cm reptile.

A YouTube film published by the Arabic language daily Ajel showed civil defence men tying the crocodile and taking it away.
