Husband kills wife for saying he is not man

An Iranian husband in his 50s killed his Kuwaiti wife by stabbing her many times for telling him he is not a man before he stabbed himself in a failed suicide bid.

The man told police he used a kitchen knife to stab his wife after a heated argument at their apartment in Kuwait City late night.

He said the argument was triggered by accusations by his wife, in her 40s, that he was taking drugs, according to ‘Al Watan’ newspaper.

“After his recovery in hospital, the husband told police that his wife told him that he is not a man and that he went mad because of this,” it said.
