Journalist finds cash scattered in Saudi

A well-known Saudi journalist heading for his office stumbled across scores of currency notes scattered in the middle of the road. Instead of picking them, he phoned the police.

Fahd bin Saud Al Anzi, Editor in Chief of 'Al Qasseem' online paper, was on his way to the office in the central town of Buraidah in the early hours of the morning when he saw 92 notes of various denominations.

“He phoned the police, who came to the area within minutes. They collected the notes and opened an investigation into the case,” 'Sabq' newspaper said.
