Lebanese Speaker's way to test guard

If you think of working as a body guard for Lebanon’s parliament speaker, you will surely think twice when you see this film.

When the applicant told Nabih Berri that he wants to be one of his men, the parliament chief quickly handed him a big stick and asked him to prove himself.

The film showed the man took a few steps away and confidently waved the stick a couple of times before smashing it on his leg into two pieces.

Berri appeared to be impressed by the stunt as he shook hands and patted the shoulder of the new guard, who addressed the Speaker by saying: “We are your men.”
