Passenger offloaded for swearing at plane crew

A passenger on a domestic Saudi flight was taken off the aircraft after swearing at a stewardess just before take-off, causing a flight delay of nearly one hour.

The plane was about to take off from Riyadh airport en route to the Western Red Sea port of Jeddah on Tuesday when the argument erupted.

“The passenger started to swear at the stewardess who was announcing general rules for passengers…airport security men were called in and he was taken off the aircraft, which took off nearly one hour behind schedule,” Sabq daily said.
