Romeo’s date turns disastrous

When a young Kuwaiti heard the sweet voice of a girl calling him to meet her, he quickly started his car and headed for the date without thinking why she chose a deserted house in a remote area. His impatience to meet the lover immediately turned into horror when he came face to face with two big muscular men.

Instead of getting the promised love, the 21-year-old man was treated to the beating of his life. But the two unknown athletes did not stop there. They stripped him off and photographed him naked with their mobile phones.

“They threatened that they would publish his porno pictures online if he reports the incident to the police,” Alanba newspaper reported on Tuesday.

But the man refused to be blackmailed and went straight to the police centre, where he told them about the “sweet voice” that lured him to the beating trap.

When the police tracked the “sweet voice” mobile phone number, they were surprised to find out it belongs to a Kuwaiti man.

“The man was summoned for interrogation…he then confessed to having made that call as he is skillful in imitating a woman’s voice,” the paper said.

“He guided the police to his two accomplices, who were later arrested…. they told the police they had done so to teach that boy a lesson after having a relationship with the sister of one of them….they said they also photographed him naked just to humiliate him.”
