Sheep kills ageing owner in Saudi

Dogs or predators attacking their owners have become quite familiar, but the rule was broken in Saudi Arabia when a sheep attacked and killed its ageing female owner.

Although the woman in the southwestern Saudi town of Bareq has been keeping the ram for some time, it went out of its way and assaulted the woman.

'Okaz' newspaper said the old lady was sitting near her house when the ram went map and lunged at her with its big horns, causing her to fall on her back.

“She was rushed to hospital but she died just before she was admitted,” the paper said.
