Saudi authorities arrested an Egyptian university professor for ridiculing important personalities in the Gulf Kingdom, a newspaper said Sunday.
Female students at Shakra university in the central province of Shakra presented a complaint to the management that the teacher ridiculed and sneered at some high-level personalities in the country, Ajel said.
“The teacher was later arrested after it was proved that he ridiculed some prominent personalities in the country,” the paper said without elaborating.
