Saudi mom gives birth to quintuplets

In a rare case, a Saudi woman gave birth to quintuplets via C-section at the Maternity and Children Hospital of Buraidah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Abdul Aziz Al Fawzan, director general of the hospital, said that the woman visited the hospital in a late stage of pregnancy.

“We immediately admitted her at the hospital and gave her full medical care and attention. We monitored her condition carefully till she gave birth to the five in a C-section operation. The mother and all the babies are in good and stable condition,” he said.

Al Fawzan assured that the hospital is fully capable of dealing with different and complicated cases, thanks to the dedicated and expert team which deal with such cases.
