A night club owner, who was also a karate master, was killed last Friday night in Anuradhapura in Sri Lanka by a gang of around 20 masked men in ninja style.
Police have recovered a mask and gloves used by the suspects, local media reported.
The gang, which entered the night club around 11.45 pm, killed its owner with swords and clubs.
Well known as Karate Wasantha, the 57-year-old victim with several Guinness records, succumbed to his injuries after being admitted to hospital.
The manager and two employees of the night club are currently receiving treatment in hospital after suffering injuries in the fight.
Three teams of policemen have been deployed to arrest the culprits.
