Today's 60 most precious seconds of your life: 9:10am on 11/12/13

What did you do today morning at 9:10? The time and date is significant as it’ll be a sequential time-and-date pattern for the last time this century. Your digital watch did, for those 60 seconds, read 9:10 11/12/13.

The next date to have a similar numerical sequence will be about 90 years from now – on February 01, 2103 when the date will read 01/02/03. Also, for the time-and-date sequence to run in a pattern once again, you might have to wait a couple of years more, on April 3, 2105, when the clock strikes 01:02 on 03/04/05.

Since you’re reading this, it’ll be fair to assume that you are at least a little older than a teenager, which means that, to also witness those dates, you’ll have to be at least a centurion, probably much more.

Even as today’s moment of glory lasted only for 60 seconds, remember that it’s a special date in any case, which will last a whole 24 hours.

So how you can make the most of it? Allow us to offer a few suggestions:

If you are in love and have been waiting to propose, then there was no better time to do so than today morning. Now, take the day off and make a trip along with your loved one to one of the romantic spot in Dubai – my colleague at work says Miracle Garden would be a good choice. Another one says At the Top of the Burj Khalifa would be an ideal choice, especially if you are not sure how your fiancé/e will react.

It is no surprise that many weddings have been planned across the globe for today and several Churches across Europe and the US are witnessing record bookings. According to one report, a Church in the United States has received bookings for 65 weddings on December 11.

So, even if you have been planning to get married and have not yet decided the exact date, act real fast... you have only till midnight..

If you are pregnant and planning to deliver and if the doctor has recommended a C Section, then, if you did not time this morning, there is still time today. Not only will your baby be able to say that he or she was born at 9:10 on 11/12/13, but her/his friends and relatives will never be able to forget the date. Well, even if they do they always have Facebook to remind them.

For those who want to keep it simple just make use of Facebook or any other social network and you can post your most memorable photo or comment, or if you are tired of the social networking sites, even decide to close down all your accounts forever.

More interesting things you can do include a decision to quit smoking, renewing your wedding wows or plan something you have never done in your life time.
