#our_army_our_pride with record views

A hashtag launched by UAE web users on Twitter entitled #our army_our_pride has attracted millions viewers worldwide as UAE troops began returning home from Yemen within a redeployment plan in the conflict-battered Arab country.

 More than 7,300 people from the UAE and other countries tweeted on that page while Sheikhs and senior officials and also wrote on their page saluting the returning troops.

 

 


“When there is love for the nation, the soul becomes valueless for the sake of our homeland,” Fursan Al Emarat tweeted.

In another tweet, ‘Emarat Al Youm’ editor in chief Samy Al Riyami said: “A hand helps the oppressed and another steel hand strikes the oppressor.”

 ‘Al Ittihad’ newspaper editor in chief Mohammed Al Hammadi said: “We believe in victory achieved by our heroic soldiers returning from Yemen. Our soldiers going to Yemen will meet victory and the exhausted enemy will not be able to stand on their feet.”

 


Another tweeter, Mohammed Al Raisi, said: “Here are Khalifa’s men and eagles. How can’t we feel proud of them. They are the guardians of our glory.”

Khalid Al Marzouki commented: “Congratulations to those who have martyred in defence of right and justice.”
