A brave young Egyptian lost his life while trying to save his brother and sister- in-law after their car plunged into a canal, Sada al Balad reported.
Eyewitnesses confirmed there were three travelling in the vehicle including the driver when the accident took place.
After the car was recovered, investigations began which revealed that it was being driven at an extremely high speed resulting in the driver losing control.
When the car plunged into the river, the brother spontaneously saved the bride and the groom. Unfortunately he drowned due to the swift currents.
The body was recovered and sent to the hospital.
