Indian man commits suicide in Sharjah

An Indian committed suicide by hanging himself with a rope in his room in Sharjah, reported 'Al Khaleej' daily.

The 47-year-old was reportedly stressed out after failing to find a job and his period of residence in the UAE had ended.

Sharjah Police rescue team along with an ambulance rushed to the site upon being tipped off only to find the man hanging by a rope from the ceiling.

The body has been transferred to forensic department to determine if there was any criminal motive behind his death.

He was reportedly in financial distress, too.
