A picture he posted on his official Facebook and Twitter account has gone viral, with his fans applauding him for the feat.
He's seen balancing his son Pranav and his cousin Mohan on top of him.
"Posing after a strenuous workout with my son Pranav Mohanlal n my cousin Mohan," his Facebook post read.
The image has since gone viral, gathering over 100,000 Facebook likes 15 hours after it was posted online.
The 55-year-old actor has often been critiqued about being overweight, but this image has definitely shut his detractors up.
