At last a wind turbine that isn't a eyesore

Whoever said wind turbines are industrial eyesores can think over it once again. French artist believes he's solved the problem of ugly wind turbines.

Parisian Patrick Raynaud has created an art installation by attaching dozens of the colourful lights to a turbine in Hanover, Germany. The artwork is powered by the turbine so the windier it gets the brighter it glows, reports dailymail.

The only problem is once all that electricity's been used to power the lights, will there be any left to power our homes?
