Camel falls off van but driver does not stop

A camel improperly placed inside a van and taken back to its farm fell off the vehicle in the middle of the road in Saudi Arabia but the driver apparently did not notice the fall and continued driving away to the shock of the camel.

A 91-second U-Tube film taken by a motorist calling himself Abdullah Al Subaihi who was driving just behind the van in the central Saudi province of Al Qasseem showed almost half the camel’s body was outside the pick-up as it moved through the quiet roads in the tiny town of Qawara in the central province.

Towards the end of the film, the camel fell safely off the van and sat in the middle of the road watching the pick-up as it drove away.

“The camel appeared to be in a state of shock as it watched the pick-up moving away while the driver did not even notice the animal slid out of the car,” said the Arabic language daily Alsaudeh, which carried the film.
