An inmate’s carefully planned jail break was foiled because he of his huge stomach.
Weighing about 100kgs, the Brazilian prisoner ended up becoming the laughing stock of guards instead of being lauded for his heroism.

news.yahoo.com, Rafael Valadao had everything planned meticulously. Only that he forgot to consider his size. So while he attempted to squeeze through a hole in the wall, he was stuck in between.
Writhing in pain, he wailed for help and firefighters had to be called to set him free… free inside his cell!
Vendor bites off man's finger
An Asian vegetable vendor in Dubai bit off the finger of another Asian dealer during a fight over money, a newspaper reported on Thursday.
The victim said he asked the defendant to pay him for vegetable supplies he had bought but the defendant refused and a fight ensued in Owair vegetable market.
The defendant then bit off part of the seller’s finger and fled before police and medical teams arrived in the area, Emarat Alyoum Arabic language daily said.
It said police later arrested the 45-year-old defendant, who stood trial in Dubai on Wednesday, adding that the court adjourned hearings to another date. During Wednesday’s hearings, the prosecution demanded maximum punishment of the defendant, including five years in jail and deportation.
The paper quoted doctors as saying they had stitched back the bitter part of the victim’s fingers and that he needs at least 20 days to recover.
