A Saudi man was killed when his car rammed into a big rock in a mountainous area in Saudi Arabia while he was hunting migratory birds.
The man, in his 30s, shot at the birds as they perched on trees for food but missed, causing them to fly away.
“He and his friend chased the birds as they flew away just after dawn…their car later crashed into a big rock which they did not see,” Sabq newspaper said in a report from the central province of Qasseem.
“The driver was killed while his friend was seriously injured…no birds were shot during the chase,” it added.
