Inter Milan manager Roberto Mancini picks England Premier League's best team

CNN’s Don Riddell interviewed Inter Milan manager Roberto Mancini and the Italian told Riddell he believes current Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini was lucky to inherit the team Mancini built during his tenure at the Etihad Stadium.
 
He said he believes City is the best team in the English Premier League, and can still win the title.

Roberto Mancini: I had a fantastic moment in England. We won a Premier League after many years. I have all City supporters in my heart. I have all that moment in my heart because it was an incredible moment and it’s impossible to forget this.
 
Don Riddell: Do you miss being with Manchester City?
 
Roberto Mancini: Maybe I miss the Premier League because I worked there for four years, three-years-and-a-half and I built the team that now is in second position because I think that they play the same players and I’m very proud of this.
 
Don Riddell: City seem to be struggling a little bit of late. Why do you think that is?
 
Roberto Mancini: It’s my opinion that City is the best team in the Premier League, even though now it’s in the second position.
They are six or nine points behind Chelsea. I think that City is the best team and in the Premier League, everything can happen until the last game.
We won the Premier League in the last minute and I think that they have, they should think that they have a chance to win this title.
 
Don Riddell: How did you feel when you had to leave City?
 
Roberto Mancini: I think that one manager can stay in the same team for 10 years. It’s really difficult this feeling was so-so because I didn’t have a chance to finish the season only for this.
 
Don Riddell: Manuel Pellegrini said recently that he’s not under any pressure to win a title every year. How can you relate to that? Does that… Was your time there similar? Was the pressure different?
 
Roberto Mancini: I don’t know. I think that Pellegrini had… was really lucky because he got this team that is a strong team and he had the chance to put inside other good players and he improved his team.

But I think Manchester City can win a title every year but I think that City have a chance and they should, they must win a title, try to win a title every year.
