Chelsea boss Roberto Di Matteo has increased the stakes with new comments on £48million Colombian striker Radamel Falcao, signaling a January move that could spell the end for Fernando Torres.

The Sun quoted Blues boss RDM as saying: “Falcao is one of the best strikers in the world.

“If you ask any manager, he would have him in his team. I know the window’s nearing and there’ll be a lot of speculation for our club.”

Torres could even move back to his beloved Atletico as part of the deal or even perhaps, Liverpool might want to look at him again.
