Dubai Rhinos asserted their supremacy over Dubai Mammoths to win the Big Forty Cricket Tournament’s second edition at the The Sevens ground on Friday night.

Rhinos’ Raj Dheeraj, later adjudged the ‘man of the final’, notched a half century to take Rhinos to 189 for 7 in 25 overs.

Mammoths had a good start but once their star batsman Ambey Parwatkar, later named ‘man of the tournament’, was run out, they imploded and fell short of their target.

Dheeraj made 55 from 30 balls stroking two sixes and five boundaries.
