Indian village bans 'love marriages'

INDIA, NEW DELHI: Police in northern India are investigating a village council after it banned "love marriages" and barred women under 40 from shopping alone or using mobile phones in public.

    They will rather ban women from going outside rather than punish the dirty men who harass them!!!
