Insects: food of the future?

The UN's Food and Agriculture Organisation has called on Western consumers to get over their disgust of insects as they are a great source of protein. In many countries around the world, people are already tucking in to beetles, caterpillars and wasps. And now even flies are being used to create animal feed.
