UNITED STATES, Council Bluffs: Barack Obama headed Monday to a the key swing state of Iowa, renewing attacks on a Romney campaign re-energized by vice-presidential pick Paul Ryan, saying the Republicans' economic plan of tax and spending cuts would largely benefit "the very wealthiest Americans."
