Obie the Dachshund is one big hot dog. The dog’s last owner helped the 5-year-old puppy reach 77 pounds, an incredible size for the breed.

    I agree with Tamara. It's truly disturbing that anyone would let this dog get to this level of obesity. Disturbing AND abusive. They mention a 'last' owner and I hope that the second owner isn't continuing the process, but in fact trying to reverse it. That dog will not last too long at that size.

    This is egregious animal abuse. The disgusting human being who owns this poor dog should be prosecuted on criminal charges of cruelty to animals. Instead, this person is profiteering from this horrific exploitation.
