Olympics: Phelps confesses to early fear of water

UNITED KINGDOM, London: American swimming legend Michael Phelps confessed on Monday that he used to be afraid of putting his face under water. The winner of a record 18 Olympic gold medals and 22 in total also said his first time on the podium was the most special.
