A villa under construction in Palm Jumeirah has been sold for AED 202 million, according to Dubai Land Department (DLD). The villa is located on a plot of land measuring 24,921 square feet.
DLD has recorded AED 424 million in sales value from 80 transactions since this morning.
On a separate note, Roaya Real Estate Development announced today that it has sold the first of five penthouses in its project, “SLs Residences at Palm Jumeirah,” for AED 60 million. The company has also sold 80% of the total units in the project, which is located on the west crescent of Palm Jumeirah.
