The distraught father of a missing Indian businessman has turned to the UAE public to help find his son.

Abdul Khader, the father of Mohammed Thahseer Berka, who went missing in Dubai on March 25, was sick with worry that he has not heard any news about his son and hence has released these pictures and his car registration number: AD.10-27851.”

“The vehicle he used was a Hyundai Accent, white, with a registration number AD.10-27851,” he told this website.

Khader says the family is not ruling out anyone his son knew, who could be responsible for his abduction.

“We are not ruling out anything. He had recently told me that someone was following him,” said Abdul Khader, the father of Mohammed Thahseer Berka, who went missing in Dubai on March 25.

Speaking to Emirates 24|7 last night, an anxious and worried Khader said, “It has been about 15 days since my son went missing. We have filed a complaint at the Mussafah police station. We have even complained at the Indian Embassy here in Abu Dhabi. But so far, there have been no significant leads,” he said.

“We went to Etisalat to check his call logs, but the company said they can only give call logs to the person who owns the connection. So far, to our knowledge, no one has been arrested or questioned. I am really worried,” said Khader.

Khader was critical of the Indian Embassy.

He said: “There has been absolutely no initiative by the Indian Embassy here. For them it is just another routine incident.

“They were even reluctant to provide us with an acknowledgement of the written complaint we submitted to them,” he claimed.
