Saudi doctors struggled for nearly four hours to stitch back a teen age boy’s hand which was severed from the wrist by an electric saw.

Doctors at King Fahd Hospital in the capital Riyadh said Mousa Tameehi was discharged from hospital a few days after a successful operation that allowed him to regain his severed hand and use it normally.

The 18-year-old boy from the southern province of Jazan close to the border of Yemen had completely lost his hand while toiling with an electric saw at work, Sabq Arabic language daily said.
