Sonakshi Sinha has an uncanny knack of blending into the place where she works. And proof of the pudding was when she started shooting with actor Arjun Kapoor in his home production films 'Tevar'. The movie is being produced by his uncle Sanjay Kapoor with the aid of his father Boney Kapoor.

But then Arjun did expect that his heroine would be a lot more pampered than what he would be. "For the first time I felt that my father loves someone else more than me. The kind of person that Sonakshi is, she has the ability to blend in and I knew my dad would grow to be very fond of her. She has a very likeable personality in her and my dad sees her like a daughter and he is very protective about her," says Arjun Kapoor about his co star.

Sonakshi shared the same view, "Arjun was a trifle upset at times, because even he felt that his father and uncle and the entire unit were very much partial towards me. All my needs were taken care of first and I was treated like a queen on the sets," admits the actress.

For those who tuned in late, 'Tevar' starring Arjun Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha hits the screen on January 8, 2015 in the UAE and has been directed by debutant Amit Sharma and co-stars Manoj Bajpai in a pivotal role.

"'Tevar' means attitude, which all of us possess. It is just that we do not display them all the while. All three of us, (Arjun, Sonakshi and Manoj) have that in us in the film," says Arjun and Sonakshi quickly supplements the statement, "I think every character has an attitude towards life. We have a lot of attitude in real life and it is interpreted the way it is portrayed to the world."

The three characters are so different that Arjun says that even his character and Sona's character also confront each other at times.

"Unlike my debut film where I do not respect women, I do have a strong role in the film which is pretty positive. I stand up for women and do not like anyone to misbehave with them among other things. I am not a hero, but a boy next door who stands up for people," says the newest Kapoor on the block.

We guess that Arjun too would have gone out of his way to make Sonakshi feel at home,  had some character traits rubbed on to him during the shoot!

Do we read something more than this, or is that just the 'Tevar'?
